Yahoo Coach. I am loving this. When I do the tools THEY WORK! I work! I am happy and have good days with the people in my life. It seems so .obvious. So I trust the tools and they work. The workshop really opened my eyes and provided excellent tools. I knew that I ‘should’ forgive the people who have harmed me but I just didn’t know how. Before the class, letting go of the anger felt like I was allowing those people to ‘win.’ Now I can see that I’m the only one losing as long as I continue to hold on to pain, fear, and anger. Finally, there is a way to heal my heart, to forgive, and lead a more happy life without all that ‘baggage!’

Dear Ms. Margaret, I want to express my dear sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the help and support you have given me.  I remember when I first attended your workshop; my life was pretty much over in my mind.  I did not care if I lived or died; you were my last stop.  I was on three different anti-depressant pills, could not sleep, focus, speak my truth or know what I wanted out of life.  As I worked through your workshops I realized a different perspective in life, which I never had thought of.  A different way of viewing myself in this world.

Your workshops gave me hope, courage and most important of all the tools to move forward in life.  Your tools allowed me to learn how to forgive, love, and to see everyday issues in a different perspective.  The perspective that I am talking about is a perspective of being able to change my mind.  To be able to let go and not hold on to whatever is hurting me.  To be able to feel good about me.

As time went by, I continued to attend your workshops.  I noticed that you also had private sessions.  I was opened minded about having your private sessions.  The growth in my mind to improve myself was greater than ever.  You have helped me so much with your healing sessions.  With your healing sessions I’ve been free from all anti-depressant for a year and a month; I have you to thank for.  This was hard work, and you supported me all the way.

It was my absolute pleasure! My co worker and I loved the class and are planning to join your class on Mondays. I can honestly say I was a little hesitant in coming to the class after I found out it was for one day only. I now am very happy I did join the class. You have given me the proper tools and knowledge to start moving forward with a positive attitude towards life. Just so you know I am on my way to a clutter free mind I will share my little story:

I was driving to work this morning and someone cut me off. I usually cuss the person out even if they can’t hear me and I can feel the blood rush to my head…I guess you can say I have some sort of road rage. Well this time I was about to do my usual road rage routines then remembered the class. I said to myself, “I appreciate you at least signaled that you where going to cut me off.” Said “wooo saaa” then I couldn’t help but laugh at myself and felt great.

It will definitely take me time to get my mind clutter free and to learn how to forgive and all but I WILL do it.
